Annual salary of circa 50k pro rata (including bonus) with additional financial incentives available, annual paid holiday entitlement of 33 days pro rata. Criminal Records Check, C.Q.C. registration, and all mandatory training paid for. Additional training encouraged and funded by Ashmere.
Description :
We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious but friendly individual to manage our flagship 64 bed Care Home with Nursing for the Elderly. The successful candidate will be able to develop strong working relationships with both; the outside community, as well as our clients and their relatives. Key to this is monitoring the Homes performance, some fundraising, working within budgets and developing clear policies and practices regarding quality standards. Working alongside the HR Manager the successful candidate will also be required to recruit, train and supervise staff working within the home in order to deliver the high quality service expected from our clients.
This role will be perfect for a career passionate individual who are either already NVQ 4 / RMA qualified or willing to be trained. With the ability to organise all aspects across the home, and an eye for detail. MDS training and extensive knowledge of illnesses suffered by the elderly and health and safety precautions.
