At Codnor Park, we aim to provide a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. Residents are encouraged to remain as independent as possible and are encouraged to make the house a home for life.

Activities are arranged daily. There are opportunities to pursue hobbies and to help with gardening if you wish.

Its a home from home with support when you need it from our professional and caring house staff and volunteers.

Our Care Homes provide 24 hour personalised care along with a wide range of services and facilities tailored to your needs. As a resident you can be sure you will continue to have access to health, leisure and community services.

About Codnor Park

The home is purpose built, built in 1997. It shares a site with The Firs Nursing Home which is also part of Ashmere. It has 39 bedrooms, 38 single rooms all but two of which benefit from en-suite facilities. There is one double room with en-suite available.
