At King William, we aim to provide a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. The home is Quality Premium rated by Derbyshire County Council Social Services.  Residents are encouraged to remain as independent as possible and are encouraged to make the house a home for life. Activities are arranged daily. There are opportunities to pursue hobbies and to help with gardening if you wish. Its a home from home with support when you need it from our professional and caring house staff and volunteers. Our staff are friendly, polite and happy to go out of their way to ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

King William is our specialist in physically disabled younger people. With a number of residents currently under 65 if you are looking for younger and more active friends, King William could be for you.

The premises was previously a public house converted to a care home in 1997.

It has 25 bedrooms, 22 single rooms, 10 of which benefit from en-suite facilities. There are 3 double rooms, 1 with en-suite available.
