Job description: We currently have a vacancy for a Care Assistant at our Kidsley Grange Care Home. This would ideally suit a motivated and friendly individual, who would be employed on a rota basis in order to deliver the high quality service expected from our clients.
Applicants must have good written and oral communication skills, the ability to deal with emergency situations. Previous UK work experience is essential as two references are required (of which one must be previous employer) and undergo a full Criminal Records Bureau check. The successful candidate will be placed on a six month probationary period after which their performance will be reviewed and, if satisfactory, a permanent position offered.

Job description: We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to manage a 64 bed Care Home with Nursing and Dementia for the Elderly. The successful candidate will be able to develop strong working relationship with both; the outside community, as well as our clients and their relatives. Key to this is monitoring the Homes performance, fundraising, working with a budget and developing clear policies and practices regarding quality standards. They will also be required to recruit, train and supervise the care assistants and domestic staff working within the home in order to deliver the high quality service expected from our clients.
The role requires an individual with the ability to organise and delegate staff with an eye for detail, Boots MDS training and extensive knowledge of illnesses suffered by the elderly and health and safety precautions.
