Ashmere Derbyshire is looking for a committed Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Maintenance Team providing services to all seven of our homes in Derbyshire.

The Maintenance Team is integral to the delivery of high quality services to our care homes.You will be at the very heart of our industry, so you are expected to be reliable, dependable and committed to make a difference in our client’s facility.

The successful applicant will demonstrate general grounds maintenance work experience, gardening skills and good written and oral communication skills. Applicants must be willing to travel to all seven of our Derbyshire Homes, therefore a full clean Driving Licence is essential.

Rates of pay are dependent on experience and will be discussed at interview. Appointment will be subject to two satisfactory references, medical clearance, an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and a six month probationary period.
