We are looking to develop our Staff Bank to provide temporary cover for staff absences across seven of our homes in Derbyshire. Primarily covering sickness and annual leave, posts within Ashmere Staff Bank would be ideal for flexible individuals who are looking for the freedom and variety that bank work can offer. It may also suit individuals who are looking to supplement their existing income or develop their career within the Care Industry.
Posts we are looking to recruit are: Care Assistants, Senior Care Assistants, Domestic Assistants and Kitchen Assistants. Suitable applicants will demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.
Ashmere Staff Bank offers competitive rates of pay for all posts, with all mandatory training and registrations provided. We also offer access to subsidised training schemes to aid personal and career development.
Appointment will be subject to two satisfactory references, medical clearance, an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and a six month probationary period. A commitment to a minimum of 5 shifts is required.
