Residents from Codnor Park recently took part in a day trip aboard the Nottingham Princess river cruise, enjoying ideal summer weather and clear views along the River Trent.
Organised as part of the home’s activities, the outing offered a chance to see local scenery from a new perspective. The Nottingham Princess travelled a relaxing route along the river, passing green countryside, riverside landmarks, and spotting occasional wildlife along the banks.
On board, residents enjoyed refreshments, while chatting, and spent time on the deck taking photographs of the views. Staff were on hand to support and ensure everyone was comfortable throughout the journey.
The day was a straightforward success – good weather, a smooth trip, and an enjoyable activity for all involved.
