Our Care Assistants are an integral part of the team and ensure that our residents needs are met at all times. You will also assist residents with personal care, mobility and assist with meal times when required. We are looking for compassionate and caring people who put our residents first.
We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check, regular training regular training and pay an enhanced rate for working weekends. We also offer a fantastic employee referral scheme which could earn you up to £200 per successful candidate and pay for handover!
It might not be that you have any paid experience providing care to others however you may have looked after and given care to a friend or family member so don’t worry, we can provide you with all the training that you need in our induction scheme and through our buddying scheme when you start in our home.
