Codnor Park Care Home is a purpose-built residential home, constructed in 1997, the home features 40 fully-furnished en-suite rooms. Resident wellbeing is our absolute focus, we work hard to ease every resident into their new environment recognising that for many people moving into a care home can be a daunting transition. We want to reassure you that many people move in and discover a newfound sense of freedom and comfort, to support this we encourage residents to personalise their rooms with their cherished possessions.

With a dedicated activities team on-site everyday there is lots of ways to find enjoyment, we carefully plan activities to make sure that they are person centred and meaningful for the individuals residing within the home. 

We continually strive to enhance our services, as demonstrated by our recent garden renovation project. Our revamped garden now offers a serene environment for residents, families, and staff to savor the outdoors. Featuring raised flower beds, this space is a haven for gardening enthusiasts.

Furthermore, we are excited to share that we are currently working on establishing a charming ‘tea room’ within our home. This space will be perfect for individuals who may find it challenging to venture outside, this area will provide an opportunity for residents and families to relish a café-like experience within the comfort of our building.
