At Heanor Park Care Home, we always place resident wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. That’s why our purpose-built facility offers a modern, homely setting tailored to meet each resident’s unique needs.

The home includes 55 fully furnished en-suite bedrooms, each with a walk-in wet room for added comfort and safety. In addition, residents can relax in spacious lounges, enjoy meals in two welcoming dining areas, or unwind in the charming tea room.

Furthermore, they can explore our accessible garden, which offers a peaceful outdoor space. Other amenities—such as the spa, salon, cinema, library, family room, and tuck shop—add to the comfortable and engaging environment we strive to create.

Located in the heart of the community, Heanor Park Care Home offers a peaceful and scenic setting. It overlooks the beautiful Heanor Memorial Park, providing residents with calming woodland views. Additionally, Heanor Park has  a large, secluded garden at the back of the home offering secure outdoor space offers a safe and quiet areas for relaxation.

Bailey Brook is our most intimate residential community, with just 10 residents, this cozy setting allows for close relationships to flourish among its members. Many of the rooms in this household offer a personal patio space, ideal for gardening enthusiasts.

Coppice

This specialised household has been carefully designed to provide comprehensive support for residents living with dementia. Our dedicated team have had extensive training in dementia care to ensure that residents’ needs are fully and compassionately met.

Ormonde

This is our largest household, providing residential care for up to 16 residents, this household benefits a spacious lounge and a cinema room. This environment is perfect for people wanting to socialise and build lasting friendships.

Woodside

Woodside Household Dining Area at Heanor Park Care Home

This 12-bed household strikes the ideal balance, offering personalised residential care in a setting that is more spacious than our Bailey Brook household yet more intimate than Ormonde. Residents here can enjoy the convenience of multiple lounge areas and a charming ‘tuck shop’ thoughtfully designed to provide them with special treats.

Devonshire

Devonshire is a specialist household within Heanor Park Care Home which provides residential care for up to five older D/deaf adults with additional care needs. We are proud to promote a strong D/deaf community within our home. All staff on this floor are native BSL users.
