Resident Wellbeing and Comfort
Resident wellbeing shapes everything we do. We understand that moving into a care home can feel overwhelming; therefore, we actively support each person to ensure a smooth, reassuring transition. As a result, many residents quickly regain a sense of comfort, independence, and peace of mind.

Kathryn's Story
Over the six months that she was at King William, mum truly flourished. During this time, she got involved in various activities and even started getting her nails done, which she absolutely loved! Every day, she seemed so happy and would talk about what she had done with such joy and enthusiasm.
Ultimately, she got her life back during those last six months. For these reasons, I couldn’t recommend King William enough!
